Freedom Activities, supported by a Worcestershire County Council Public Health community wellbeing grant, have expanded their sessions to offer a variety of activities, including walking netball, walking football, boccia, and Young At Heart exercise classes.

Participants report feeling healthier, more confident, and less isolated, with many forming lasting friendships.
