WFA National Cup for 050’s took place yesterday in Nottingham and Bristol Badgers had a very early 6.00am start
Badger results were as follows:
- W 1-0 Norwich
- W 3-0 Kettering Town
- L 0-3 Nottingham Forest
- L 0-2 Birmingham
- W 1-0 Lincoln Invictus
We finished 3rd in our group just missing out on a semi-final spot with Forest and Birmingham going through, with Birmingham ending up Cup winners edging a close final beating Bolton 1-0.
Really really proud of how far this club has come and our continued progress, we want to be playing and competing against all these great teams.
It was a brilliant day of football played in very hot conditions, we even had badgers appearing on the WalkingFootball.com interview podcast with Corry publicly predicting keeping 3 clean sheets which she brilliantly delivered
