Paul said “It’s wonderful to win a national competition. My former walking football managers Arthur Mason at Luton, Barry Geyton at Hartshill and Pete McCrone all had great faith in my two footed ability and skill, so it’s nice to get some national recognition in a sport that shares lot of similarities with walking football and needs the same sort of skills”

Footgolf is a burgeoning sport that amalgamates the fundamental principles of football and golf. The primary objective of the game is to kick a football into a sequence of holes on a golf course, with the least number of kicks possible. This sport is gaining traction worldwide with competive national teams now formed in many countries.
