Hampton Rangers will be holding football themed dementia sessions at our training ground for those with dementia and carers – 1pm from Friday 26th April Hampton Rangers Training Ground Oldfield Road Hampton TW12 2HT.

Our coaches are being supported by Middlesex FA and Forget-Me-Not FC offering hour long sessions including
• Light ball exercise
• Music/Quiz
• Tea/coffee and biscuits
