Maidenhead United’s Women’s Walking Team recently featured on the BBC’s flagship Premier League highlights programme, Match of the Day.
During the show, there was a segment on a walking football tournament run by Fulham Football Club to mark International Women’s Day.
The club’s players took part in the competition at Fulham FC’s Academy facility, and they were featured in the film several times. In one of the clip’s Maidenhead United’s Kerr was seen smashing home a penalty…
