Southwell U3A Walking Football – this is a new group, first meeting in February 2024.
We meet in the sports hall at Southwell Leisure Centre, every Tuesday 2-3pm.
Our group is open to all members, irrespective of ability and gender. We play “Walking football” with simple rules, which include: Friendly, non contact, non aggression, ball not above waist height.
