Age Friendly Leeds, Ageing Better event to inspire you to get moving for 20 minutes! Followed by tea, coffee & cake in the café. FREE Health MOT Dance/Walking Football/Walking Netball taster sessions. Thursday 7th March 11am – 1pm at Armley Leisure Centre.
