Age is determined as at 31 December 2024 – minimum age for competition is 40 years (women) and 50 years (men)
Age Divisions – Women: 40+, 50+ 60+ / Men: 50+, 60+, 65+, 70+ / Mixed: W40+/ M50+ Social (minimum 3 Women per team)
