It’s 5 weeks to go until our annual Walking football Winter Special.
Each year since 2020 we have invited players from all of our walking football sessions plus invited guests to come along on the last Sunday before Christmas to join in a celebration of what we at Enjoy Football do, to meet up with new people/old friends and enjoy a bit of friendly competition.
As part of the event, we ask each player to bring a bag of food for Warrington Foodbank and we invite the #Warrrington Football Community to help us by making donations that can be dropped off on the day. Last year with your kind generosity, we filled 3 vans. This year we would like to do more.
The festival is invite only for playing and will take place on Sunday 17th December 2023 at the home of Warrington Town FC UNIS Compliance Stadium Loushers Lane WA4 2RS and donations can be dropped off between 10am and 1pm.
We are able to take donations in the week before at any of our sessions.
So, we are once again asking the Warrington Football Community to help us by donating a bag of food. Every little helps many families over the Christmas period and beyond.
