Walking Football in Bergen.
A game of Walking Football is played weekly by the over-60s at the Bergen football association. Under the guidance of a trainer / supervisor, a modest warm-up is first done every Wednesday at 12:30 PM.
And then divide those present as fairly as possible between two teams. Put on vests and play. By two o’clock the “ winning goal ” will be played by default to sit after the game and to discuss all national and international developments.
Every Wednesday at sports park De Kiefthoek, Groeneweg 5 in Bergen. From 12:30 to 13:30. Welcome.
The participants are enthusiastic. Also played in various other places, such as in Schoorl, Heerhugowaard and Heiloo. And occasionally a year there is an exchange with these groups and mutual matches are played in tournament form.
Walking Football: it makes you fitter and you make social contacts. So don’t hesitate, but do.
