Now that Clevedon Town’s Toolstation Western League Premier and the under-18s Western Counties Floodlight Youth League seasons have finished, playing wise, attention now turns to the Walking Football Summer Programme.
The Seasiders are hosting a series of 11 Walking Football events from May to August on the Everyone Active 3G pitch.
Clubs from all over the UK ranging from Middlesex, Devon, Dorset, Gloucester, Bristol and Somerset are all taking part including players over-50s, over-60s, over-65s and over-70s.
The over-65 age group kick-off proceedings today (May 10) followed by the over-65 teams on Wednesday May 24 and then the over-70 teams on Wednesday May 31 to complete the month’s fixtures.
