SILVER SATURDAYS – BURGESS PARK
Where – Burgess Park. Meeting point is the Tiger House which is almost opposite the Cafe. Meet from 10.15am.
• 11.00am Yoga & Tai Chi with James at 1st Place Centre session ends at 12 midday. Join us in Tiger House for refreshments and a chance to chat afterwards.
• 11.00am Fitness with Philip at the oustside gym, session ends at 12 midday. Join us in Tiger House for refreshments and a chance to chat afterwards.
• 12.00pm Walking Football at the Sports Centre.
• 12.00pm Tennis with Milton at the Tennis Courts.
• 1.00pm – 1-30pm Refreshments, bring your own share and socialise with the group.
When – Every Saturday morning.
Cost: £3 for members, £5 for non members. Membership costs only £12/annum. You can sign up for a membership online , or give us a call & pay on the day. You can just show up on the day and sign up for the activity of your choice.
Supported by Sport England these exciting new sessions, are aimed at those who have recently retired or those approaching retirement.
