Walking Football with Shrewsbury Town in the Community
Walking football is a weekly football session where players walk instead of run. There are a few other rule changes, but on the whole, players can enjoy the beautiful game in a safe, supportive environment.
We have highly trained experienced staff on hand to lead the sessions and support you in joining in, no matter your fitness levels. If you have a pre-existing health condition you would like to discuss, please reach out to Kate or Kim before attending.
As well as our weekly training sessions, we regularly arrange mini tournaments and matches between our teams, and further afield with fixtures previously having been played against teams from Wolverhampton Wanderers, Birmingham and more.
• Shrewsbury – Mondays 8pm – 9pm Reech Community Hub, Shrewsbury Town FC (£3.50)
• Ludlow – Tuesdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm Ludlow Football Stadium (£3:00)
