Still love the game, but not the pace? ..Tigers Trust have Walking Football sessions on Monday and Thursday mornings at the Tigers Trust Arena.
As the name suggests, it is a standard game of football where players walk instead of run and consequently it creates a game with less impact.
Walking Football has incredible social benefits for the participants and it is an opportunity to meet new people and rekindle a sense of camaraderie within a team environment.
The session is open to all and comprises of an hour of walking football, followed by refreshments in the cafe area.
Session Details:
Monday 10am – 11.30am / Thursday 10am – 11.30am
£3 per session at the Tigers Trust Arena indoor 3G pitch.
