Organised and run by Bernie Lyons, a qualified FA-Licensed Coach.
Clothing: please wear sports clothing appropriate for the weather. If, after a trial session, you decide to continue with the Walking Football you should wear trainers suitable for use on Astro Turf.
Public liability and personal injury insurance is arranged through the FA and the venues.
Walking Football is officially a non-contact sport and the group is available for females as well as males.
Daily sessions at Ben Rhydding Sports Club, Ilkley
• Mondays 12.15 pm / 7.00 pm
• Tuesday: 12.15 pm (over 65s / women / beginners etc)
• Wednesday 12.15 pm
• Thursday 12.15 pm
• Friday 12.15 pm
£5 per session
