FREE Women’s walking football at 9:15 am followed by mixed walking football at 10:30 am every Monday at Abbey Stadium Sports Hall – £2 per person
The sessions suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
An evening session of walking football is held at 8 pm every Monday at Arrow Vale 3G pitch.
You can just turn up to register and join in.
