A walking football club in Taunton has been described by members as ‘incredible’ as it helps people with Parkinson’s to get active.
The sessions, run by Taunton and District Ladies Walking Football Club, have been growing in popularity with members finding their mobility getting better as they play. Organisers hope to expand the idea for more people.
Mixed session for all abilities age and experience for people with Parkinson’s and their family members.
The session is run every Friday 3-4pm In the sports hall.
Toilets and changing facilities are available and there is an on-site café.
