The Inaugural Anthony Hughes Walking Football Festival 13th July 2024 at Merthyr Town Football Club, Penydarren Park.
On Saturday13th April it was announced that the historic main stand at Merthyr Town football club would be renamed the Anthony Hughes stand in recognition of the contribution Anthony made to the club.
I was delighted when his family agreed that we could further celebrate Anthony with this Walking Football Festival in his memory.
Mandy Gornicki.
