Birmingham County FA Grassroots Football Awards 2025 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫: Birmingham County Women’s Walking Football League
The League breaks down barriers and allows women to come together and create their own footballing journey. It aims to address the lack of opportunities these women may have faced previously, and has created a very special, supportive and inclusive environment.
“This League is enabling mature women’s walking footballers to grow and develop and experience competitive football, often for the first time, as many of us were denied playing in the past. It benefits our physical and mental health, and is full of banter, fun and support for each other!”
